- Two-sided outcome proof. The employer reports the interview and the candidate independently confirms it. No click, application, or one-sided report creates a charge.
- Neutral discovery. Organic ranking effect: none. Participation cannot buy a better rank.
- No profile resale. The pilot sells a verified outcome, not candidate identity data or search access.
