AI Dev Jobs operates aidevboard.com, a job board, API, MCP server, newsletter, and an employer-funded verified-interview pilot. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and how to contact us about privacy requests.

Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly, such as email addresses for newsletters, company claims, accounts, contact requests, job posts, and paid products. We also collect operational data such as page views, API usage, MCP tool calls, referral URLs, approximate timestamps, browser user agents, and hashed IP-derived identifiers for abuse prevention, analytics, and funnel measurement.

Advertising and cookies

We use Google AdSense to show ads on public pages. Google and its partners may use cookies or similar technologies to serve, measure, and personalize ads. Google may use advertising cookies to show ads based on your visits to this site and other sites. You can learn about Google advertising data use and manage ad personalization through Google’s ad settings.

Analytics and product measurement

We use internal analytics to understand job search demand, API usage, paid package funnels, and site health. We avoid storing raw IP addresses in analytics tables; where visitor identity is needed for counting or abuse control, we use hashed identifiers and short retention windows.

Candidate identity and agent actions

Public job discovery does not require candidate identity. Applications, candidate-reported screening progress, and interview attestations require control of the candidate email plus explicit authorization for that action. Candidate-requested job-specific resume drafts remain private and can be reviewed and authorized for seven days; candidates may request their deletion using the process below. An approved draft is bound to one job revision and one artifact hash; its authorization expires within 24 hours and can be used once. When submitted, the exact resume artifact is retained with the application and shared with the company that owns that job. Optional screening-progress receipts use a fixed outcome list and are labeled as candidate-reported, not employer-verified. Providers receive no row-level screening receipts; commercial reporting omits cohorts with fewer than five authorized applications.

Raw resume text, evidence, candidate identity, job IDs, application and artifact identifiers, artifact hashes, request identifiers, and IP addresses are excluded from compiler-demand analytics and aggregate demand products. A successful resume compilation records only the compiler version and event type, a coarse client family, fixed public job-demand and skill categories, and counts of covered and unsupported public job signals. Provider-facing compiler groups with fewer than five events are suppressed. These are compiler-event counts, not unique people, buyer intent, candidate outcomes, acceptance probabilities, or causal evidence. Application records reference the developer identity instead of retaining a raw API key. Email verification links expire, and only a one-way hash of the active verification token is stored.

Payments

The only AI Dev Board commercial program is the employer-funded Verified Interview Pilot. We store the minimum program, confirmation, and payment records needed to administer a mutually confirmed interview outcome. Candidates and agents are never charged, and we do not store card numbers on AI Dev Board servers.

How we use information

We use information to operate the job board, deliver API and MCP access, send requested email, prevent abuse, measure conversion funnels, process payments, fulfill paid products, respond to support requests, and improve search and discovery.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share information with service providers only as needed to operate the service, such as hosting, email delivery, advertising, analytics, security, and payment processing. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the service from abuse.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from email using unsubscribe links where available. You can manage ad personalization through Google’s controls. You can request access, correction, deletion, or export of personal information by emailing hello@aidevboard.com.
