1. Service

AI Dev Jobs ("we", "us") operates a job board at aidevboard.com, including the website, REST API, and MCP server. By using any part of the service you agree to these terms.

2. Job Listings

Job listings are sourced from public company career pages and direct submissions. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of any listing. Companies may claim and manage their listings at no cost.

3. API Access

The API is available under a Free tier (100 requests/hour) and Pro tier ($49/month, 5,000 requests/hour). API keys are personal and non-transferable. We reserve the right to revoke access for abuse, excessive load, or violation of these terms.

4. Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — email us if you have a concern.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to scrape the service beyond API rate limits, post fraudulent listings, impersonate companies, or use the service for any unlawful purpose.

6. Intellectual Property

Job listing content belongs to the respective companies. Our site design, brand, and API are owned by AI Dev Jobs. Data accessed through the API may be used in your applications but may not be resold as a standalone dataset.

7. Privacy

We collect minimal data: email addresses for accounts and newsletter subscriptions, anonymized page views for analytics, and API usage logs. We do not sell personal data. You can unsubscribe or request data deletion at any time by emailing hello@aidevboard.com.

8. Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not responsible for hiring decisions, compensation negotiations, or outcomes resulting from job applications made through the platform.

9. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
