About this role
Design and optimize prompts for Claude's enterprise customers. Build evaluation frameworks, create prompt libraries, and work directly with customers to solve their hardest AI problems.
This is a new role at the intersection of engineering and applied AI research.
Requirements
Experience working with LLMs in production. Strong writing and analytical skills. Python proficiency. Customer-facing experience a plus.
