Senior Software Engineer - Platform Services

These systems are critical to enabling other engineering teams and provide platform capabilities for other engineering teams. We are looking for engineers who enjoy solving complex infrastructure and backend service problems and want to build tools used daily by internal teams.   This Opportunity       Join the founding team of the Truveta India Development Center (IDC) and play a pivotal role in shaping its future. As one of the initial members, you'll help build and scale a high-impact organization while contributing to products and platforms that advance healthcare through data and AI. This is a unique opportunity to influence both the technical direction and the culture of a growing global engineering hub. As a Senior Engineer, you will work on modern infrastructure and services that handle large volumes of data and operate with high throughput . You will collaborate closely with engineers, product managers, designers, and ML teams across geographies.   What You’ll Do   Design, build, and maintain features for infrastructure and backend platform services.   Build backend services that support AuthN, AuthZ, CIAM and other internal needs.   Optimize performance for high-volume data and concurrent users.   Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and on-call rotations as needed.   Architect & deliver: Lead the design and implementation of resilient, highly available cloud architectures on Azure (including AKS, networking, storage, identity, and platform services) to support mission-critical workloads and data systems.   Platform ownership: Own end-to-end platform capabilities (compute, container orchestration, CI/CD, IaC, secrets management, observability), including lifecycle, upgrades, and blue/green or canary deployments.   Key Qualifications   Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.   5+ years of professional software development experience.   Strong experience in .NET technologies.   Experience with Azure and Cloud technologies.   Basic knowledge of DevOps practices (CI/CD, automation, infrastructure as code).   Exposure to Kubernetes, Docker, or container orchestration technologies.   Experience building internal tools, dashboards, or workflow-driven applications.   Strong collaboration and communication skills.   Security & compliance: Good understanding of cloud security best practices — network isolation, private endpoints, managed identities, secrets management, vulnerability scanning and least privilege.
