If you are interested in the opportunity to pursue purposeful work, join a mission-driven team, and build a rewarding career while having fun, Truveta may be the perfect fit for you.   This role is ideal for an experienced Senior Full Stack Engineer who can design and deliver our critical internal annotation and administrative platforms to enable high-quality data modelling, clinical note annotation and normalization, LLM-based labelling, concept mapping, operational workflows and model evaluation frameworks across the company. We are looking for engineers who enjoy solving complex full stack, i.e., UX, front end, backend and data problems and want to build tools used daily by internal clinical domain and technical experts.   You will work closely with product managers, architects, security teams, and other engineers to build services that power Truveta’s healthcare data platform. As a senior engineer, you will also help shape technical direction, drive engineering best practices, mentor other engineers, and contribute to the long-term reliability, scalability, and maintainability of Truveta’s services.   Responsibilities   Lead the design, build, and maintain full-stack features for clinical data annotation and internal tooling platforms.   Partner with product managers, architects, security teams, and other engineers to define and deliver reliable platform capabilities.    Make sound technical decisions that balance scalability, performance, security, reliability, and delivery speed.     Participate in and lead design reviews, architecture discussions, code reviews, debugging, on-call rotation and production issue resolution.    Implement advanced UI interactions such as text highlighting, tagging, categorization, and review workflows.    Build backend services that support high-quality data modelling, clinical note annotation and normalization, LLM-based labelling, concept mapping, operational workflows and model evaluation frameworks.    Collaborate with ML engineers to translate annotation requirements into scalable solutions for LLM based model development and improve model performance.   Optimize UX performance for high-volume data and concurrent users.    Mentor engineers, provide technical guidance, and help improve team practices.    Communicate on the status of various projects and collaborate with multidisciplinary stakeholders to ensure that clinical data projects are successfully executed and delivered.   Required Skills   Graduate or Masters level  educational degree in computer science, data science, clinical informatics, health information management, clinical research, data analysis or related fields.     5+ years of demonstrated professional software development experience, including,   Hands-on programming experience with C# and .Net/.Net Core,   Front end development experience with React and TypeScript ,    State management frameworks such as Redux,    Backend experience using  NestJS (Node.js)  and/or  C#/.NET   Familiarity with RES
