We are bringing together the brightest minds to solve the toughest problems, in a place where everyone has the opportunity to make an impact on the company, our products and the future of artificial intelligence Job Summary We are looking for an organised and proactive Internal Auditor – Integrated Management Systems (IMS) to lead and deliver the internal audit programme across Graphcore’s Integrated Management System. The role focuses on ensuring effective audit delivery, corrective action management, and continuous improvement across quality, information security, health & safety, and business continuity management systems. The Team The role sits within the Quality and Compliance function and works closely with teams across engineering, operations, IT, facilities and corporate functions to maintain and improve Graphcore’s Integrated Management System. Responsibilities and Duties Plan, deliver, and maintain the internal audit programme across the Integrated Management System covering: ISO 9001 (Quality Management) ISO/IEC 27001 (Information Security) ISO 45001 (Occupational Health & Safety) ISO 22301 (Business Continuity) Manage the end-to-end corrective and preventive action (CAPA) process, ensuring issues are effectively tracked, closed, and verified Facilitate root cause analysis activities and work cross-functionally to implement sustainable corrective actions Monitor audit findings, process metrics, and incident trends to identify risks and continuous improvement opportunities Coordinate and contribute to management review activities with audit data, trends, actions, and risk insights Support teams in embedding a continuous improvement mindset and ensuring ongoing IMS effectiveness Track audit schedules, actions and compliance activities to ensure timely closure Support external audits and certification activities where required Candidate Profile Essential Working knowledge of at least one of the following standards: ISO 9001 ISO/IEC 27001 ISO 22301 Experience conducting internal audits, with Lead Auditor training or equivalent on at least one of the standards listed above Strong coordination and follow-up skills, with the ability to drive actions through to completion Experience using structured problem-solving methodologies such as 5 Whys, Ishikawa or similar root cause analysis techniques Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across technical and non-technical teams Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment A proactive and continuous improvement-focused mindset Desirable Exposure to multi-standard Integrated Management System environments Working knowledge of ISO 45001 Experience working within a technology, manufacturing, or other highly regulated environment Familiarity with audit tools, risk registers, quality dashboards, or compliance reporting systems Experience using Jira and/or PowerBI Benefits In addition to a competitive salary, Graphcore offers flexible working, a generous annual leave policy, private medical insurance and health cash plan, a dental plan, pension (matched up to 5%), life assurance and income protection.
