The opportunity  This role sits at the center of how Magic Leap's People Team is reinventing itself, replacing manual workflows with automated, scalable solutions and building the data infrastructure that enables the team to operate more leanly and think bigger.  We're hiring a People Team Solutions Enablement Analyst to be the technical and operational backbone of the People function. This role reports to the Senior HR Manager, People Team Business Lead, and works directly in support of the leadership team. You'll own our HR data pipelines and systems, build the reporting infrastructure leaders actually use, and keep our people programs running on time. We are seeking a specialist with significant technical proficiency, rather than a generalist. The ideal candidate will possess the expertise to manage various HR software platforms, execute SQL queries, and convert systems architecture and data management into actionable strategies for HR leadership across all functional domains. What You'll Do HR Data & Analytics Architect and sustain data infrastructure across HR platforms to guarantee uniform, dependable workforce information, functioning as the organization's single source of truth. Collaborate with Finance and People Team executives to provide customized workforce insights (covering metrics like performance, pay, turnover, and staffing) to aid in strategic planning and operational business reviews. Leverage predictive analytics to forecast future hiring needs, identify skill gaps, and inform the long-term talent strategy. Construct a comprehensive HR data glossary that establishes standardized logic and calculation methods to serve as the team's definitive reference. Leverage workforce analytics to perform comprehensive evaluations of full-lifecycle workflows, including total rewards, recruitment pipelines, learning and development, and employee exits, to proactively detect and address compliance vulnerabilities. HR Systems  Serve as the internal subject matter expert for core HR platforms (currently HiBob, SuccessFactors, Culture Amp, Zendesk, etc.), leading configuration, administration, and troubleshooting. Optimize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Glassdoor) to ensure seamless candidate pipeline data integration. Manage system integrations, data feeds, and technical audits to maximize data integrity and accuracy. Partner with IT and external vendors on system upgrades, implementations, and issue resolution. Document configurations, workflows, and system processes to support knowledge sharing and continuity. Act as the key representative for the HR technology roadmap, resolving system-related inquiries and addressing data inconsistencies. Reporting & Dashboards Build and maintain self-service dashboards and reports for HR partners, managers, and senior leadership. Reimagine intricate workforce data into intuitive, impactful visualizations and models that facilitate executive decision-making. Establish and own a recurring People Team reporting cadence that provides insights into monthly headcount, talent cycle summaries, and executive-level metrics. Program Automation Enablement & Process Optimization Own end-to-end coordination of cyclical HR programs (including candidate pipeline workflows, talent reviews, merit cycles, engagement surveys, and onboarding/offboarding), executing them with precision while transforming them into scalable, productized solutions. Apply strong project management discipline to transition manual, high-overhead programs into automated, streamlined delivery systems. Identify inefficiencies in operational workflows and design sustainable replacements, partnering with TS
