This role focuses on designing and implementing AI-driven agents that autonomously orchestrate workflows, make contextual decisions, and streamline enterprise processes across business systems. As an intern, you will gain hands-on experience building AI-powered automation solutions that combine large language models (LLMs), APIs, and enterprise integrations. In this role, y ou will also be responsible to: Assist in building AI agents using the Workato Agentic AI platform. Support development of intelligent workflows that leverage LLMs for reasoning, summarization, classification, and decision-making. Configure integrations between enterprise systems (e.g., Salesforce, Workday, ServiceNow, Slack, etc.) to enable agent-driven automation. Help test, validate, and optimize agent workflows for accuracy, performance, and reliability. Monitor agent performance and assist in troubleshooting integration or model-related issues. Stay updated on advancements in AI, LLMs, and automation technologies. Requirements Qualifications / Experience / Technical Skills Currently pursuing a degree as Bachelor of Technology or Bachelor of Engineering Basic understanding of APIs, REST, webhooks, and SaaS platforms. Familiarity with JSON and data mapping concepts. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills Nice to Have Experience with prompt engineering or working with LLM APIs. Basic scripting knowledge (JavaScript or Python). Understanding of automation patterns, RAG concepts, or event-driven architectures. Strong interest in AI agents, intelligent orchestration, and enterprise automation. (REQ ID: 2864)
