The Impact You’ll Be Contributing to Moloco: Moloco is seeking a strong communications leader to help build and lead our global internal communications function. As Moloco continues to evolve, how we communicate internally will shape how our team understands where we're going and why it matters. We're looking for someone who brings both strategic vision and hands-on craft: a writer and operator who can build the systems, standards, and rhythms that keep a fast-scaling global organization informed and aligned – and who understands how to tailor that communication for a diverse, globally distributed workforce. In this role, you will go beyond traditional internal communications to create a dynamic, creative approach to employee storytelling: developing unique approaches across channels, shaping internal events, and amplifying narratives through integrated storytelling that prioritizes authenticity, transparency, and genuine human connection. This role partners closely with the People team and senior leaders across the company, and reports to Moloco's Head of Communications. The Opportunity: Help define and own Moloco's employee communications strategy, leading the day-to-day of our global internal communications programs and evolving the function as the company scales. Partner with senior leaders on change communications, building clear narratives, toolkits, and cascades that drive understanding across a globally distributed team. Design and implement internal communications programs that connect employees across regions and reinforce culture and strategy. Collaborate on high-stakes internal communications: executive messages, company announcements, town hall remarks, and sensitive employee-facing content. Establish channel governance and communication standards across platforms, with clear guidance on when and how to use each. Build measurement for internal communications effectiveness, tracking reach, clarity, and engagement to continuously improve how we communicate. Coach and prepare executives for internal moments, including talking points, message alignment, and delivery guidance. Partner with recruiting and onboarding teams to ensure new hires understand Moloco's culture, values, and story from day one. Navigate cultural and regulatory differences in communications approaches across North America, EMEA, APAC, and other key regions Anticipate issues and coordinate across Communications, Legal, and People to ensure timely, accurate, and trusted employee communications. How Do I Know if the Role is Right For Me? 8-10 years of strategic communications experience with significant experience leading internal or employee communications at a high-growth or public company. Proven track record building or transforming an internal communications function, with clear impact on alignment, culture, and employee understanding. Exceptional writing and editing skills; able to translate complex business strategy into clear, human communication for a globally distributed, technically diverse workforce. Experience leading change communications and company-wide forums in partnership with People, Legal, and Finance. Strong executive presence and coaching ability; comfortable preparing senior leaders for high-visibility internal moments. International communications experience with demonstrated understanding of how cultural and regional differences shape employee communication. High judgment and discretion, with experience navigating sensitive communications in a fast-moving, high-stakes environment. AI fluency and curiosity: as an AI company, we expect our communications leaders to actively explore how new tools and practices can make
