ROLE SCOPE - Lead BMS controls engineering: the building controls layer of the reference design across the fleet. - Own the controls standards: sequences, points lists, and network architecture written once, deployed everywhere. - Drive vendor strategy: platforms, integrators, and programming standards held to spec. - Grow the team and carry the hard sequences: plant optimization, failover, and demand response hooks.
