THE CAPACITY DELIVERY TEAM Examples of key problems the team is working on - Engineer gigawatts from drawing to energized, in months not years. Capacity Delivery owns technical execution across every build: the drawings, the field questions, and the engineering calls that keep multiple concurrent gigawatt sites moving. - Engineer data centers that go up in months, not years. At that pace rework is not an option: problems get caught on paper or they cost a data hall. - Design it once, build it a hundred times. Every site's lessons roll into the reference design on the way to tens of gigawatts+, so each build starts ahead of the last. ROLE SCOPE - Run delivery programs across concurrent gigawatt builds: schedule, dependencies, and decisions from design release to energization. - Own the interfaces where builds slip, between design, procurement, construction, and commissioning, and keep them tight. - Drive the weekly operating rhythm for your program: risks surfaced weeks early, escalations resolved in days. - Carry the program plan as the single source of truth and keep it honest against the field. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR - The below is a starting point.
