The role
This is a role for an ambitious communications leader ready to scale the US communications function at an AI cloud company in hypergrowth. You'll own day-to-day US communications, with real autonomy and the opportunity to build something meaningful inside a multibillion-dollar business. Building on strong foundations including two media-focused US PR Directors, you’ll lead a high-impact communications function to support Nebius’s rapidly growing reputation.
Reporting to the Head of Communications and working within a global framework, you'll have decision-making authority, close partnership with C-suite leaders and teams across the business, and a mandate to shape our communications in our largest market. You’ll build our enterprise PR capabilities from the ground up, deepen relationships with partners including NVIDIA’s comms leadership, and lead on crisis communications during US hours.
Offering unusual scope for a regional VP, this role is ideal for a Senior Director at a high-growth cloud, AI, or enterprise tech company ready to step up to a first VP role, or a VP at a smaller organization looking for a larger platform. We’re not looking for a “big beast” with all the answers — we want an ambitious operator who listens, adapts, and builds durable systems.
