As a Senior/Staff Product Manager, you will own the vision and long-term strategy for our robotics software and controls platform — the intelligent core that enables scalable deployment, AI-driven quality, and faster time from silicon to revenue. You will define what we build, why it matters, and how it differentiates Bright Machines in the market. You will influence executive direction, shape platform architecture decisions, and guide multi-year roadmap investments across robotics, controls, perception, and ML-enabled systems. You will operate as the product leader for a foundational platform capability — partnering closely with R&D, Operations, and Customer teams to align business outcomes with technical execution.
