To support fast collaboration and a strong team culture, this role is expected to be in our Palo Alto office five days a week, unless otherwise specified. ABOUT THE ROLE Reporting to the CMO, the Product Marketing leader for Provider (Health Systems) will be the senior marketing leader for Hippocratic AI’s largest and highest-priority market. Health systems are the core of our commercial business. This person will own the narrative, the positioning, and the pipeline strategy that connects our clinical AI platform to the operational realities of care delivery organizations. This is not a generalist marketing leadership role. You will walk into rooms with health system CEOs, CFOs, CMOs, CNOs, and CIOs and hold peer-level conversations about staffing shortages, nursing burnout, revenue cycle pressure, and care management economics. You will translate what Hippocratic AI’s safe, autonomous AI agents can do into the language these buyers care about: measurable ROI, patient throughput, clinical outcomes, and operational efficiency. You will own the value and ROI narrative in-market, ensuring clear messaging of impact, outcomes, and customer success to decision-makers and influencers. You will work alongside Hollie Vugrinovich (Head of Provider Sales), a central marketing hub (demand gen, thought leadership, clinical content), and clinical teams to build an integrated go-to-market engine for the provider segment. You own pipeline. You own conversion. You own expansion. This is a senior individual contributor role initially, with the expectation that you produce at a high level from day one and build out your team as the segment scales. This team is built on an agentic-first operating model. We invest in AI infrastructure, tooling, and workflows that let each team member produce output that would traditionally require a much larger team. Our CMO runs his workflow through AI-augmented tools integrated with Slack, Jira, Google Drive, and Gmail. Our marketing ops lead is building agentic tooling that automates production work. For this role, health systems domain depth is the primary filter. But you will be expected to embrace AI tools as part of how this team operates. We are looking for someone who is open to and excited about AI-augmented workflows: using AI tools for competitive monitoring, first-draft content generation, and market research synthesis. Deep health systems and provider expertise is non-negotiable for this role. AI fluency is tested in our interview process, which includes a practical project. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Own the Provider Segment Narrative: Develop and refine messaging and positioning that resonates with health system C-suite buyers across care delivery, nursing operations, revenue cycle, and value-based care use cases. Ensure every piece of content, every pitch, and every campaign tells a consistent, compelling story about how Hippocratic AI solves their most pressing problems. - Drive Marketing-Sourced Pipeline: Partner with the Director of Demand Generation to design and execute ABM campaigns, event strategy, and targeted outreach that generates qualified pipeline for the provider segment. Own the MQL-to-SAL handoff, conversion metrics, and pipeline velocity. You will carry a number. - Develop Customer Evidence and ROI Frameworks: Create battlecards, ROI calculators, objection handling frameworks, customer evidence decks, and pitch materials that your sales counterparts actually use in live
