See more about our culture on https://mistral.ai/careers.   Role Summary    As a business partner to our Solutions team (Solutions Architects & Applied AI Engineering team, you will work closely with Solutions leadership to be an expert in the technical sales and implementation aspects of our business. You'll work closely with leadership to develop detailed staffing plans in unison with our delivery forecasts, analyze & optimize Solutions team performance, build process that allow us to better assess required capacity, develop processes and KPIs to drive Solutions efficiency and support the rapid evolution of our technical pre-sales and post-sales motions.  This role is critical to drive large improvement in the efficiency and effectiveness of our solutions team, and leveraging those learned to develop forward-looking capacity and delivery forecasts that ensure we integrate pre-sales requirements with best-in-class post sale delivery and accelerate our ability to leverage Mistral to unlock value for our customers.   What you will do   Strategic Demand, Capacity Planning, Execution & Hiring Plan • Work with Solutions leadership to proactively develop a forward-looking demand planning model aligned to our forecast including:  resource allocation, staffing ratios across regions & sales segments, and related technical deployment metrics.  • Maintain excellence through business reviews and operating cadences to help achieve deployment targets and technical implementation objectives • Support the development of staffing and scaling plans across all AAI roles and act as a strategy partner to the Head of Applied AI on organization and role design   Technical Go-to-Market Execution • Develop frameworks to standardize how the AAI team approaches different customer technical needs within and across segments.  • Identify opportunities for experiment-driven improvements in the technical sales and implementation process • Coordinate staffing needs for high-priority customers and segments, ensuring appropriate technical expertise is available   Cross-Functional Collaboration • Work closely with sales teams, product development, and revenue operations to align technical implementation capabilities with customer needs • Support the development of professional services offerings and technical engagement models that maximize customer success • Collaborate with product teams to ensure AAI team feedback is incorporated into the product roadmap • Help prepare materials for executive reviews highlighting technical implementation successes and challenges   Drive delivery excellence across the Solutions team • Design and implement scalable frameworks that help solutions teams consistently deliver value to clients, from pre-sales through post-sales • Translate successful delivery patterns into repeatable, operationalized processes - reducing variability and increasing team efficiency • Partner with technical and client-facing teams to identify friction points in delivery and build the systems to fix them • Own the rollout of new methodologies, ensuring adoption through clear documentation, training, and change management • Track delivery performance over time and use data to continuously improve how the team operates   Data-Driven Decision Support • Identify and operationalize the right metrics to optimize the AAI team impact on customer success & revenue • Create and maintain reporting mechanisms around technical implementation KPIs • Synthesize tangible, strategic recommendations that can be deployed cross-functionally   About you   • Experience working within or alongside sales engineering, technical implementation, and/or professional services teams, a background in strategy, operations, or consulting is a plus • Track record of delivering successful outcomes in enterprise software environments • Familiarity with technical sales or professional services analytics • Experience optimizing team operations in a high-growth environment • Comfortabl
