As a Software Engineer working on platform, you'll design and build the internal backbone that makes Radical AI run: the services, frameworks, deployment primitives, developer workflows, and reliability systems that allow product engineers, scientists, and ML teams to ship faster - without breaking things. This is not a "tickets and toil" DevOps role. We're looking for a strong backend engineer who's spent years building real systems, and now wants to own the platform that makes every team faster.
