As a Software Engineer at Radical, you’ll build the core software that powers our autonomous lab and AI platform. This is a generalist role: you might work on backend services, agent tooling, data + orchestration, internal platforms, and the infrastructure that keeps everything secure, observable, and reliable in production.  We work in a deeply technical and cross-discipline domain—robotics, ML, and experimental automation—and your software will directly control and monitor systems in the real world.
