Role Overview
The Senior Specialist, Growth Insights & Performance plays a critical role in supporting Nebius’ growth through data-driven insights, performance analysis, and structured execution of strategic initiatives. This role operates at the intersection of analytics, marketing performance, and go-to-market execution, helping translate complex data into clear insights that inform decision-making and improve revenue outcomes.
Operating as a high-impact individual contributor, the Senior Specialist partners closely with Marketing, Sales, Revenue Operations, Product, and Finance to support growth initiatives, performance tracking, and optimization efforts. While not a people manager, this role requires strong ownership, analytical rigor, and the ability to influence stakeholders through insight and credibility.
This role will:
Own defined analytical and strategic workstreams within broader growth initiatives.
Translate data into actionable insights that inform marketing and commercial decisions.
Partner cross-functionally to support execution, measurement, and optimization of growth programs.
Balance analytical depth with operational discipline in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Growth Insights & Analysis
Conduct in-depth analysis of marketing and sales performance data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities across the funnel.
Build and maintain analytical models, forecasts, and scenario analyses using advanced Excel and SQL.
Develop data-backed insights and recommendations to support growth strategy, campaign optimization, and investment decisions.
Create dashboards and recurring performance reports (in collaboration with analytics teams) to track KPIs such as pipeline, conversion rates, CAC, LTV, and ROI.
Translate complex analyses into clear, concise insights and narratives for stakeholders and leadership.
Strategic Execution & Project Support
Support high-impact growth initiatives from scoping through execution and post-analysis, owning defined components or workstreams.
Structure ambiguous questions into clear analytical approaches and deliverables.
Track progress against goals, timelines, and success metrics for assigned initiatives.
Identify risks, gaps, and improvement opportunities and proactively surface recommendations.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner closely with Marketing, Sales, Revenue Operations, Product, and Finance to align insights with business objectives.
Act as a trusted analytical partner to stakeholders, providing clarity and data-driven guidance.
Facilitate working sessions and data reviews to support alignment, problem-solving, and execution.
Influence without authority by grounding recommendations in data and business impact.
Performance Optimization
Monitor campaign and channel performance and recommend optimizations to improve effectiveness and efficiency.
Support forecasting and target-setting activities by providing analytical inputs and performance insights.
Contribute to test-and-learn initiatives, including experimentation, A/B testing, and performance retrospectives.
Help identify growth bottlenecks and opportunities to improve processes, measurement, and ROMI.
