The Impact You’ll Be Contributing to Moloco:  As a Senior Growth Manager in Japan, you'll own the strategic success and revenue expansion of a portfolio of key and enterprise advertiser accounts. You'll build client relationships, define growth playbooks, and lead complex commercial strategies across mobile apps, gaming, commerce, and streaming - operating with a high degree of autonomy and shaping how Moloco grows in the region. This role is for someone who doesn't just execute - they define how the team operates, mentor peers, and bring genuine strategic influence to both client and internal conversations. Note on Level & Title: The Senior Growth Manager title spans a range of senior experience levels. Your level and title will be determined through the interview process based on your background, scope of past responsibility, and demonstrated impact. We welcome applications from candidates with 7+ years of relevant experience. The Opportunity:  Strategic Account Ownership & Client Leadership Own the strategic direction and revenue outcomes of a portfolio of key accounts in Japan, acting as a trusted senior partner to client leadership. Build and sustain relationships with senior client executives - shaping the agenda, not just responding to it. Lead senior client forums including QBRs, executive briefings, and multi-stakeholder strategy sessions with confidence and clarity. Develop deep knowledge of each client's business model, market dynamics, and long-term growth ambitions to proactively identify aligned opportunities. Revenue Strategy & Commercial Leadership Define and execute portfolio-level revenue strategies - driving upsell, cross-sell, and expansion across your book of business. Own commercial negotiations for complex, multi-product deals - structuring incentives, managing trade-offs, and closing with a clear value narrative. Use advanced data storytelling to move senior stakeholders to action on budget reallocation, new product adoption, and geo expansion. Identify systemic patterns across your portfolio and build scalable commercial frameworks that the team can replicate. Campaign Performance & Platform Expertise Maintain a sharp view of how clients are operating on Moloco's DSP,  spotting patterns, inefficiencies, and strategic opportunities across your portfolio. Guide clients on how to get more out of the platform through high-impact recommendations on bidding, budget strategy, creative direction, and expansion levers. Translate complex performance data and platform dynamics into clear, business-oriented narratives that build client confidence and drive action. Diagnose performance root causes and lead cross-functional alignment on solutions, not just flagging issues, but driving resolution. How Do I Know if the Role is Right For Me?  Experience 7+ years in account management, growth, or strategic sales, with a strong track record in programmatic marketing, mobile advertising, or ad tech. Demonstrated ability to own enterprise and key accounts from strategy through to commercial close with minimal oversight. Experience engaging senior client executive and driving decisions at that level. Proven contribution beyond individual accounts: playbook creation, team development, vertical ownership, or org-level impact. Skills & Mindset Executive-level communication and presence: runs senior client conversations with authority, clarity, and strategic intent.
