You’ll lead the design & development of our frontend applications that customers interact with daily — working closely with product, design, and backend engineers. WHAT YOU’LL DO - Own the Frontend: Rapidly contribute to our products & lead development of design systems. - Craft Seamless UX: Build responsive, accessible, and high-performance interfaces for enterprise users. - Translate Vision into Launches: Partner with founders and cross-functional teams to turn big ideas into clear plans, drive sprints, and land high-impact releases. - Technical Leadership: Drive technical decisions and architecture design, shaping the foundation of our solutions. WHO YOU ARE / MUST-HAVES - Exceptional Frontend Engineer: 5-7 years of experience with Javascript/TypeScript, React, and Next.js - UI/Design System Skills: Comfortable implementing design systems & working closely with designers. - Entrepreneurial: Preference for candidates with experience at successful startups — former founders are especially valued - Strong Background: Degree from a top-tier engineering program - Ownership: You thrive in high-autonomy environments and take pride in shipping production-grade work. - Committed: Willing to be present in-office for all work days. No remote.
