Our teams span machine learning, native desktop applications, and platform infrastructure to deliver AI into clinical settings reliably and at scale. YOUR TEAM At Nabla, product development is led jointly by Engineering and Product, and organized into cross-functional squads, each focused on a specific product area. Squads bring together product managers, designers, engineers of different profiles, and domain experts, and operate with a high level of ownership. As a Senior FrontEnd Engineer, you’ll join one of these squads and contribute end to end to a specific part of the product. WHAT YOU’LL DO As a Senior Front-End Engineer, you will lead the development of high-impact user experiences across our web apps, desktop apps, browser extensions, and mobile interfaces. You will set the standard for UI quality and performance, and play a central role in evolving our design system, architecture, and tooling. You will: - Build and lead the development of complex front-end features using React, TypeScript, and Tailwind - Drive architecture and technical decisions around shared UI libraries and front-end performance - Partner with Design to deliver intuitive, polished, and accessible experiences - Help scale our apps across web, mobile (Capacitor), and desktop (Electron) - Collaborate closely with Product, ML, and Back-End teams to ship full-stack features - Mentor other engineers and contribute to team-wide best practices To give you a sense of the impact: - Nabla processes 10 billion tokens/month with LLMs - Every week, hundreds of thousands of clinical notes are automatically generated and synced with EHRs, saving thousands of hours for clinicians - Our apps support real-time use in high-stakes clinical environments YOUR DNA - You have 5+ years of experience in front-end or full-stack development, with a focus on modern web technologies - You have deep expertise in React, TypeScript, CSS architecture, and performance optimization - You think in design systems and build for reusability and consistency - You thrive in cross-functional environments and love turning user needs into polished interfaces - You write clean, maintainable code and help others do the same - You communicate clearly in English - Bonus: experience with mobile apps, Electron, accessibility, or healthcare products OUR STACK - Frontend: TypeScript, React, Tailwind CSS, Swift, Rust, Electron. - Backend: Kotlin / JVM, GraphQL, PostgreSQL. - ML & Infra: Python, PyTorch, Slurm, GCP, Terraform, Kubernetes. WHERE YOU’LL BE BASED Our offices are based in Paris 3e (Arts & Métiers). Our flexible hybrid policy allows 1-2 remote days per week, plus 1-2 weeks fully remote per year.
