About the Role   Hinge is seeking a versatile Data Scientist to join our Recommendations team, working at the heart of the algorithms that shape who millions of people see, every day.    You'll partner closely with Product Managers, ML Engineers, Data Scientists, Engineering, and User Research, to evaluate and improve our models, using a mix of rigorous experimentation and causal analysis, to uncover insights, design innovative solutions, and influence strategic decisions. Your work will directly shape whether the recommendations we show lead to real, meaningful connections, informing not just what we build, but how we know it's working.
