ABOUT THE ROLE As a Senior Data Scientist on Content + Social, you'll build the analytical foundation for how people discover, listen to, share, and engage with music on Suno. You'll partner across three product areas — content experiences (listening, playlisting, and feed), social (shaping what community and interaction look like on Suno), and artists + creators (understanding what makes creators successful and how we amplify their work). This is a high-impact role where you'll set the strategy for how we measure and grow these interconnected experiences, working closely with product, engineering, and cross-functional partners on everything from strategy to execution. Check out the Suno version of this role here!!! https://suno.com/song/ca500252-9b76-442b-88bf-54befaff02ef?sh=LeSCpIrEXhGHEmS0 WHAT YOU'LL DO - Build comprehensive frameworks for understanding how users discover and engage with content and each other and design experiments to improve these experiences - Shape the analytical approach for our emerging social experiences, helping define what healthy social engagement looks like on a music platform and how to measure it - Develop deep understanding of creator and artist success which will drive our creator programs and incentives - Surface insights that connect content, social, and creator dynamics - Collaborate closely with product, business, and music functions - Contribute to building strong data foundations as part of our awesome data science team WHAT YOU'LL NEED - 5+ years experience in data science roles, ideally with experience in content platforms, social products, or creator ecosystems - Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python, and statistical modeling - Experience designing and running experiments, with ability to derive clear insights and make strategic recommendations - Strategic thinking about content ecosystems and platform health, with - Excellent communication and collaboration - A self-starter mentality with the ability to thrive in ambiguity, eagerness to wear multiple hats, and passion for continuous learning Bonus: Background in music, creator monetization, social products, or content discovery platforms Additional Notes: Applicants must be eligible to work in the US.
