ABOUT THE ROLE We’re seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales leader to own our enterprise GTM strategy and execution. You’ll lead all aspects of the enterprise sales motion — from driving revenue growth and building a high-performing team, to representing ElevenLabs with customers and partners at the highest levels. This is a rare opportunity to join at a pivotal stage: you’ll have the mandate to accelerate our enterprise market presence, scale processes, and build the team that will take us to the next level. IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL: - Own the enterprise sales function: strategy, pipeline, forecast, process, and execution - Define enterprise ICP, sales methodology, and scalable GTM motion - Build, lead, and inspire a high-performing enterprise sales team - Drive new business acquisition and expansion in strategic verticals - Act as an executive presence with customers, including leading briefings, events, and high-stakes negotiations - Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to align GTM with customer feedback and market insights - Bring deep understanding of the competitive AI landscape to inform positioning and strategy - Set the standard for sales culture, integrity, and customer-first execution across the organization REQUIREMENTS: - Based in San Francisco - Proven experience leading enterprise sales in a high-growth, product-led tech company (AI/ML experience strongly preferred) - Track record of building and scaling sales teams from the ground up - Demonstrated success in closing seven-figure enterprise deals and managing complex sales cycles - Ability to operate both strategically and tactically — shaping vision while actively engaging in the sales process - Strong executive presence and ability to represent the company at C-suite and board levels - Collaborative, humble, and highly driven to deliver impact - Passion for the transformative potential of Audio AI While we operate as a remote-first company, there is a strong preference for this role to be based in San Francisco, where we have office spaces to support more in-person collaboration.
