About this role

ABOUT THE ROLE You'll be the face of Gamma, inspiring current and future users with what's possible when you combine great design, AI, and storytelling. This means representing Gamma at events, creating stunning educational content, leading community and customer trainings, and pushing our product to its creative limits. You'll have a design background, fluency in tools like Figma, and a strong eye for what makes visual communication truly compelling. You're as comfortable producing a polished video tutorial as you are leading an impromptu workshop at a conference. You can navigate any room, from a middle school classroom to a Fortune 500 boardroom. You'll serve as Gamma's public voice across video content, social media, and educational materials while building certification programs and ambassador initiatives that scale Gamma education globally. Our team has a strong in-office culture and works in person 4–5 days per week in San Francisco. We love working together to stay creative and connected, with flexibility to work from home when focus matters most. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Represent Gamma at community events, hackathons, and educational workshops, creating and delivering standout presentations and demos - Host live training sessions, webinars, and "Gamma 101" events for all users, serving as Gamma's public voice - Design stunning gammas that set the bar for what's possible, and produce educational videos, tutorials, and how-to guides - Manage a certification program for Gamma trainers and community experts, including an ambassador program that scales education globally - Translate user feedback and feature requests into actionable insights, partnering with Product to create launch materials - Experiment with Gamma's features to discover new use cases and creative possibilities, advocating for capabilities that unlock more for users WHAT YOU'LL BRING - 3–5+ years of experience in product, design, education, marketing, or a related field, with a portfolio proving you can create beautiful, practical work across visual, graphic, presentation, or web design - Camera confidence and strong public speaking ability, with the range to seamlessly shift between explaining Gamma to a student and presenting to executives - Educational experience in customer-facing or teaching roles with genuine excitement for helping others learn - Self-direction and strong project management instincts, with the ability to self-produce content, coordinate complex initiatives, and manage video production end-to-end - Passion for AI, productivity tools, and helping people work smarter, with openness to regular travel (approximately 25%) for conferences, customer engagements, and content creation - Experience creating educational content about B2C software or productivity tools, or strong working knowledge of Gamma with hands-on experience creating content on the platform (Nice to have) COMPENSATION RANGE: The base salary for this full-time position, which spans multiple internal levels depending on qualifications, ranges between $120K - $170K plus benefits & equity. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including but not limited to experience and expertise in the requirements listed above.
