Learn more about our vision in our manifesto. https://www.happyrobot.ai/blog/manifesto ABOUT THE ROLE As an Event Manager for EMEA, you will own the strategy, evaluation, and execution of enterprise-focused events that accelerate pipeline, drive brand awareness, and deepen engagement with key enterprise audiences. RESPONSIBILITIES - Design and implement field marketing and event strategies across EMEA, with a strong emphasis on key European markets - Identify, plan, and execute high-impact events such us industry conferences, trade shows, and executive dinners that generate pipeline and elevate brand presence in the region - Establish scalable event playbooks and processes to support regional growth from the ground up - Work closely with cross-functional teams to manage all aspects of event delivery, from venue sourcing and vendor coordination to on-site logistics - Create event-specific marketing content and communications that reflect our brand and drive registrations - Oversee budgets and timelines across a portfolio of events, ensuring consistent execution within scope - Analyze event performance and gather stakeholder input to refine and improve future programs - Be present on the ground at events throughout EMEA to ensure seamless delivery and a best-in-class experience MUST-HAVE - 5+ years of experience in event marketing, field marketing, or event coordination—ideally in B2B or tech - Strong project management skills; you can manage multiple projects under tight deadlines - Exceptional budgeting and financial management capabilities with experience managing substantial field marketing budgets - Ability to leverage AI tools to automate processes, streamline workflows, and scale event operations - Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish Founder mindset: highly independent, takes ownership, and thrives in a fast-paced environment - Willingness to travel across EMEA WHY JOIN US? - Opportunity to work at a high-growth AI startup, backed by top investors. - Rapidly growing and backed by top investors including a16z, Y Combinator, and Base10. - Ownership & Autonomy - Take full ownership of projects and ship fast. - Top-Tier Compensation - Competitive salary + equity in a high-growth startup. - Work With the Best - Join a world-class team of engineers and builders Our Operating Principles Extreme Ownership We take full responsibility for our work, outcomes, and team success.
