We are looking for experienced Mgr, Engineering who can help realize Clari + Salesloft vision with their passion and proven track record of excellence and innovation. On a day-to-day basis, you will be responsible to - Product & Delivery Own product roadmap execution : Partner with Product and Data Science to translate customer needs into shipped features Drive cross-functional collaboration : Align priorities with Platform and GTM teams to deliver measurable impact Balance speed with quality : Scope features, manage commitments, and ship what matters most Architecture & Technology Drive technical strategy : Make architecture decisions for LLM-powered systems at scale—balancing innovation with production reliability Set GenAI direction : Evaluate new capabilities, guide build vs. buy decisions, and optimize for cost/quality trade-offs Manage technical health : Address tech debt and ensure systems remain scalable, maintainable, and secure People & Leadership Lead high-performing teams : Build and grow engineering teams shipping production AI systems used by thousands of customers Develop your people : Conduct 1:1s, career development, performance reviews, and create growth paths for engineers at all levels Drive hiring excellence : Source, interview, and close exceptional talent across SDE-2 through Staff levels Process & Operational Excellence Champion engineering excellence : Establish best practices for code quality, testing, evaluation frameworks, and operational rigor Track what matters : Drive operational metrics including team velocity, system reliability, AI quality, and SLA adherence Optimize team delivery : Unblock engineers, allocate resources effectively, and maintain sustainable velocity In addition to working with amazing colleagues who exemplify our ‘team over self’ core value, you will also have the opportunity to work on an impactful and revolutionary software that is changing the way sellers sell. THE SKILL SET: Must Have Foundation: 8+ years software engineering with 2+ years engineering management (teams of 5-10+) Strong technical foundation: backend systems, distributed architectures, cloud (AWS preferred) AI-native pra
