Key responsibilities include: Partner Success & Collaboration Support the day-to-day execution of client campaigns and assist with ongoing account maintenance. Help prepare materials for client meetings and business reviews. Communicate clearly and effectively with internal teams to ensure client needs are being met. Maintain organized and consistent documentation and client communication to help track progress and deliverables. Develop a working understanding of each account's business objectives and competitive landscape to help inform proactive, strategic, and insight-driven recommendations. Product Knowledge & Campaign Management Learn the ins and outs of Moloco’s products and develop a strong understanding of our clients’ goals. Assist with campaign setup and monitor performance using internal tools (e.g., Moloco Cloud Platform, SFDC, Looker). Surface insights and performance trends to the broader team to inform optimizations. Support in troubleshooting issues and coordinating with internal teams to find solutions. Data Analysis & Growth Opportunities Analyze campaign data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Support in preparing reports and performance summaries to inform client strategy. Learn to identify upsell or optimization opportunities alongside more senior team members. Process & Team Support Help document internal workflows and look for ways to improve team efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional partners to gather insights and feedback on client needs. Share learnings and best practices with
