POSITION SUMMARY:
The Business Process & Solution Analyst / Manager will support enterprise-wide business process transformation by bridging business stakeholders and technical teams. This role is responsible for understanding business problems, designing scalable future-state processes, documenting high-quality requirements, and partnering with BSG / system architects to shape practical system solutions across platforms such as Salesforce, NetSuite, DealHub, Partner Portal, Jira, and related business applications.
This role is not limited to requirements of gathering. The person should be able to think end-to-end, connect process with system impact, support solution design, drive UAT readiness, and ensure business changes are delivered in a structured, scalable, and well-governed way.
The ideal candidate is a strong business process thinker who can go beyond documenting what users ask for. They can understand the underlying business problem, design a better future-state process, identify system impacts, and work with technical teams to shape a scalable solution. They should be comfortable operating between business stakeholders and BSG, ensuring work is well analyzed, well documented, properly prioritized, and ready for execution.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Key Responsibilities
Lead discovery sessions with business stakeholders to understand problems, goals, pain points, and process gaps.
Document current-state and future-state business processes, user journeys, business rules, and operating impacts.
Translate business needs into clear requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and solution-readiness documentation.
Partner with BSG / technical architects on high-level solution design, system impact, integration touchpoints, data / field mapping, and feasibility review.
Support prioritization, intake triage, and grooming of business requests before they move to technical execution.
Drive UAT readiness, test scenarios, business validation, training inputs, and release/adoption readiness.
Identify opportunities to reduce manual work, avoid band-aid fixes, and design scalable process/system improvements.
Maintain strong cross-functional alignment across Business Process, BSG, RevOps, Finance, Sales, Customer Success, Operations, and other stakeholder teams.
Support governance, documentation quality, change control, and post-release feedback loops.
Must Haves/Required Qualifications:
Strong experience in business process analysis, business systems analysis, operations, or transformation roles.
Ability to design end-to-end processes across multiple teams and systems.
Strong requirements-writing skills: problem statements, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and business rules.
Working knowledge of Salesforce and/or NetSuite; comfort discussing objects, fields, workflows, integrations, approvals, and reporting impacts.
Ability to partner with technical teams without needing to be a developer.
Strong analytical thinking and ability to break down ambiguous business problems into structured solution options.
Experience supporting UAT, business readiness, change management, and stakeholder alignment.
Strong communication and facilitation skills with business and technical stakeholders.
Ability to challenge unclear requirements and push for scalable, process-driven solutions.
Comfortable working in Miro, Excel/Sheets, PowerPoint, Jira and business documentation tools.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Quote-to-Cash, Order-to-Cash, Renewals, Billing, Customer Success, Partner, or Operations processes.
Exposure to Salesforce CPQ, DealHub, NetSuite, Partner Portal / Experience Cloud, Gainsight, Tableau / Power BI, or integration platforms.
Experience working with BSG / IT / Engineering teams in Agile or hybrid delivery models.
Experience with data migration, field mapping, reporting requirements, or integration-heavy initiatives.
Familiarity with governance, SOX readiness, change control, auditability, or release-management practices.
Experience building future-state process flows, solution blueprints, capability maps, or operating models.
Prior experience in SaaS, hardware + SaaS, revenue operations, business operations, or enterprise systems transformation.
