The role
As a Business Process Manager (BPM), you will lead the design, optimization, and automation of end to end business processes across the organization. Your goal is to improve efficiency, reduce manual work, and ensure scalable, reliable workflows that support business growth.
You will analyze existing processes, identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies, and implement data driven improvements. In addition, you will work closely with cross functional teams to introduce automation solutions and standardize processes using best practices and modern tools.
Your responsibilities will include:
Process optimization - Analyze existing business processes to identify inefficiencies, redundancies, and bottlenecks. Redesign workflows to improve performance, scalability, and user experience.
Process mapping & documentation - Create clear process maps (e.g., BPMN), SOPs, and documentation to ensure alignment, transparency, and repeatability across teams.
Automation & tooling - Identify opportunities for automation and lead implementation using relevant tools and workflow systems. Reduce manual work and improve operational efficiency.
Cross-functional collaboration - Work closely with business, operations, product, and engineering teams to understand needs, define requirements, and implement process improvements.
Performance monitoring - Define KPIs and metrics for processes, track performance, and continuously iterate to improve outcomes.
Process rollout & alignment - Work with stakeholders to implement new processes and ensure alignment with operational needs.
We expect you to have:
Experience in business process management, operations, or related roles.
Strong analytical thinking and ability to break down complex processes into structured components.
Experience with process mapping tools (Visio, Lucid chart, BPMN etc).
Hands on experience with automation tools (RPA / Zapier / Make / Power Automate / similar).
Ability to work cross functionally and manage multiple stakeholders.
Strong communication skills, able to translate business needs into structured processes and solutions.
It will be an added bonus if you have:
Experience working with ERP/CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, ZIP, NetSuite).
Familiarity with data analysis (Excel, Tableau).
Experience in fast paced or scaling environments.
Background in Lean / Six Sigma / process improvement methodologies.
