For more details visit: www.netradyne.com Job Overview: The Device Health & Monitoring Backend Developer will focus on building, enhancing, and scaling backend systems for monitoring the health of IoT devices and accessories. The role involves working on large-scale, cloud-hosted SaaS platforms that process massive volumes of real-time data, with strong ownership across the full software development lifecycle. Key Responsibilities: ​ Device Health & Monitoring Understand IoT devices and accessories to build and enhance device monitoring and health solutions. Develop systems for device health monitoring, including camera, LTE, GPS, storage, power, RTC, and accessories. Implement device online/offline detection and recovery mechanisms. Design health state transitions and root cause classification for device issues. Backend & Platform Development Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, reliable, and reusable backend services. Build and test large-scale SaaS products that process massive volumes of real-time data. Develop efficient, cloud-hosted services and data processing pipelines. Build and operate highly scalable systems that process hundreds of millions of IoT sensor events per day. System Design & Execution Analyse product requirements and translate them into clear technical designs and tasks. Execute projects across the full software development lifecycle. Design APIs with low response times and efficient resource utilization for large data sets. Design and implement highly scalable data processing pipelines. Ownership & Collaboration Work independently with strong ownership and accountability. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers. Debug complex issues, analyse root causes, and provide effective solutions. Mandatory Skills: ​ Strong programming experience in Java . Strong Computer Science fundamentals, especially algorithms, data structures, OOPS, and SQL . Hands-on experience with Spring / Spring Boot and ORM frameworks. Good understanding of database internals and schema design for different data stores ( RDBMS, NoSQL ). Experience in designing and developing APIs for large-scale data systems with low latency. Experience working in a client-server, cloud-hosted environment . Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.   Good to Have / Preferred Skills Experience with AWS is highly desirable. Experience designing systems for large-scale, real-time data processing.   Qualifications and Education Requirements B.Tech / M.Tech in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
