About this role

Know where you belong! Match Group is a leading provider of dating products across the globe. Our portfolio includes Tinder, Hinge, Match, Meetic, PlentyOfFish, OkCupid, The League, HER, and others, each designed to spark meaningful connections for singles worldwide. Creating a sense of belonging doesn’t stop at our products - it’s the foundation of every team we hire.   When it comes to dating, the connection starts online, but the real magic happens once you meet in real life (IRL).  We think the same is true for creating the best platforms, so we work together IRL 3 days/week. We are seeking a talented and motivated early-career software engineer to join the Match Group Core in a brand new role enabling greater productivity in non-technical teams through bespoke software and workflow solutions. Match Group Core is the central services division for Match Group, providing shared services and data solutions for all brands under the Match Group portfolio, including Tinder, Hinge, Match.com, POF, OKC, and many others. Additionally, Match Group Core is a technical service provider for many internal central and corporate teams, such as HR, Finance, Accounting, Legal, Privacy, Marketing, IT, and Security. With a special focus on internal product development and workflow enablement, you'll play a crucial role in designing, building, and maintaining internal products and workflow solutions (HR/People-focused) that benefit employees across the organisation. Most crucially, you will be enabled with extensive agentic tooling to achieve your goals, and in turn, you will be expected to impart your expertise on your stakeholders, and enable them with AI to achieve their own goals. This role is a paid, fixed-term 4-6 month internship, with an opportunity that this role can be converted into a full-time permanent position at the conclusion. This is also a hybrid role, and requires in-office collaboration three times per week.
