About this role

ROLE MISSION As Agent Deployment Architect for Providers at Hippocratic AI, you will lead high-impact deployments that translate breakthrough AI into operational reality for health systems. You'll work embedded with customers to design, implement, and scale solutions that deliver measurable clinical and operational value—partnering with stakeholders to navigate complex provider environments and turn requirements into successful deployments. This role exists because deploying AI into health systems requires someone who understands both the technical architecture and the human workflows that make healthcare work—someone who can be a trusted advisor to customers while driving execution across functions. WHAT YOU WILL ACCOMPLISH Own your first major outcome: By day 90, you will have completed your first health system deployment from design through successful go-live, established strong relationships with key customer stakeholders, shipped documented playbooks and best practices from that deployment, and identified systemic improvements that can accelerate future implementations. Drive lasting impact: At 12 months, you will have led multiple provider deployments across different health systems and use cases, standardized deployment playbooks and operating models that make each successive implementation faster, become the trusted advisor that customers and internal teams turn to for deployment guidance, and directly proven that thoughtful deployment work translates AI research into measurable clinical and operational impact at scale. THE TEAM You'll work alongside Deployment Strategists, engineers, product managers, and clinical experts—embedded with customers while staying connected to cross-functional teams. You'll operate with high autonomy in the field while having direct access to subject matter experts. This is a culture that values execution, customer obsession, and solving problems in real healthcare environments. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Lead deployment planning and execution for provider customers end-to-end—owning timelines, scope, risk management, and ensuring successful go-live across diverse health system environments - Partner with customer stakeholders to understand operational workflows, clinical requirements, organizational constraints, and strategic goals—translating them into clear, actionable deployment designs - Translate implementation requirements into scalable solution designs that work across different provider types, EHR systems, and care delivery models—balancing customization with standardization - Drive cross-functional coordination across deployment, product, engineering, and go-to-market teams—ensuring alignment, unblocking issues, and keeping deployments on track through strong project ownership - Identify and resolve deployment risks proactively—flagging potential blockers early, collaborating on solutions, and maintaining momentum through complex healthcare operational challenges - Design and standardize deployment best practices, playbooks, and operating models based on learnings from each implementation—codifying what works so future deployments are faster, more reliable, and more scalable - Serve as trusted advisor to customers during rollout and adoption—helping them navigate change management, training clinical and operational teams, and ensuring they achieve their desired outcomes LOCATION REQUIREMENT This is a United States-based role open to candidates across multiple markets. We welcome applications from providers and healthcare professionals in the U.S. Specific placement, travel expectations, and regional alignment will be determined during the hiring process based on your location, customer proximity, and deployment portfolio needs. You should expect regular travel (typically 25–40% depending on deployment schedule) to customer sites for on-site implementation work, training, and go-live support. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS - Experience in deployment, implementation, solutions architecture, technical consulting, or a related customer-facing role working with enterprise or healthcare customers - Strong understanding of provider-side healthcare workflows, operations, and systems—either from direct experience working in health systems or from implementing solutions in provider environments - Proven ability to manage complex customer engagements with multiple stakeholders across clinical, operational, IT, and executive levels—navigating competing priorities and building alignment - Excellent communication skills, especially in translating between business and technical audiences—able to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and vice versa - Strong problem-solving skills with comfort working in ambiguous, fast-moving environments where requirements evolve and challenges are novel - Track record of driving execution and delivering results across cross-functional teams—demonstrating owners
