Role Summary As our commercial organization scales, we are seeking a Senior Manager, Commercial Operations to architect and lead the foundational build-out of our commercial infrastructure. This is a “ground floor” opportunity to build and establish the commercial operating model, including the strategic processes, systems, and operating mechanisms required for a rapidly growing organization. You will be a critical partner to the VP of Commercial and cross-functional stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Finance. You will be responsible for building the systems, infrastructure, and operating mechanisms that will enable our team to scale, execute predictably, and deliver an exceptional customer experience from initial signature through deployment and ongoing operations.   Key Responsibilities Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) Process Ownership: Own the end-to-end Q2C operating model, including clearly defined roles, responsibilities, SLAs, handoffs, and governance. Drive cross-functional alignment between Sales, Program Management, Finance, Legal, Engineering, and Supply Chain to ensure predictable and repeatable execution. Systems, Tooling & Data Infrastructure: Oversee the configuration, governance, and strategic use of HubSpot/SalesHub as the commercial system of record. Partner with Marketing and Sales to design automation, pipeline workflows, and reporting dashboards that ensure data integrity, usability, and adoption. Commercial Operating Rhythm & Reporting: Define and manage the Commercial operating rhythm, including pipeline reviews, forecast meetings, and cross-functional syncs. Own commercial reporting for leadership, summarizing insights, highlighting risks, and providing data-backed recommendations. Commercial Strategy & SIOP Integration: Partner with Finance to refine demand and pipeline forecasts, ensuring assumptions and risks are accurately represented. Serve as the commercial liaison into the SIOP process, ensuring demand signals are aligned with operational planning, robot availability, and customer milestones. Team Leadership & Talent Development: Build and grow a high-performing commercial operations team as the organization scales. Develop and empower team members, establish clear roles and ways of working, and foster a culture of accountability, continuous learning, and high performance. Qualifications Proven experience in Revenue Operations or Commercial Operations, preferably in a high-growth hardware or robotics environment. Deep expertise in CRM architecture and administration (HubSpot experience preferred). Strong ability to drive cross-functional alignment and process improvement across complex operational supply chains. Proficiency in financial modeling, scenario planning, and data visualization. Proven track record of managing and developing high-performing teams, with experience in hiring, coaching, and performance management.   This is a fully remote role with the option to work hybrid if a commutable distance from our Salem, OR, Pittsburgh, PA, or Fremont, CA offices. The final salary offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to: market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This range may change based on geographical location and may be modified in the future. Anticipated Base Salary Range $145,000 — $226,000 USD In addition to base pay, our competitive total rewards package consists of the following for full-time employees: 401(k) Plan:   Includes a 6% company match.
