About the Role FieldAI is building the intelligence layer that enables autonomous robots to operate reliably in complex, unstructured, real-world environments. As a Staff Systems Engineer, you will play a critical role in architecting and scaling end-to-end systems that span robot hardware, sensing, embedded software, edge computing, and cloud infrastructure. This is a senior, hands-on technical leadership role with broad ownership.
