About the Opportunity What You’ll Be Doing Deeply research user needs around AI-assisted trading — conduct user interviews, analyze behavioral data, and synthesize feedback to uncover unmet needs. Optimize and evolve existing AI-powered products; design experiments and run A/B tests to continuously improve performance and user experience. Plan and execute go-to-market strategies, growth campaigns, and promotional initiatives to drive adoption of AI trading features. Track product data, write product reports, summarize product working experience. Collaborate closely with design, engineering, data, and marketing teams to bring high-quality AI products to market at speed. Track product metrics and KPIs, generate actionable insights, and communicate progress to stakeholders.   What We Look For In You 3+ years of product management experience, with hands-on involvement in AI-related products or features; experience in crypto/DeFi trading products strongly preferred. Genuine passion for AI — you actively experiment with the latest AI models, trading tools, and agent frameworks, and have formed your own sharp views on where AI in trading is heading. Actively follows the latest AI trends and developments in the crypto/trading space; demonstrates well-formed personal perspectives and insights on how AI is reshaping trading products and user behavior. Deep understanding of the DEX and on-chain trading ecosystem; familiar with the behavior, psychology, and pain points of meme traders and on-chain power users. Proven experience leading teams on large-scale projects; rich cross-functional collaboration skills with strong project management capabilities. Excellent communicator and collaborator; able to inspire teams, align stakeholders, and clearly articulate product vision. Fluent in Chinese as the primary working language; English proficiency is a plus.
