What we are looking for:
We’re looking for a hands-on Product Manager who thrives in early-stage environments and can take real ownership from day one. This role is ideal for someone with enterprise SaaS or developer tools experience who is comfortable operating close to customers, engineers, and business stakeholders.
You’ll own the product roadmap end-to-end, work directly with enterprise customers, and translate technical and commercial needs into clear, prioritized product decisions. This is not a “backlog-only” role — you’ll shape strategy and execution.
Responsibilities:
Own and drive the product roadmap, balancing near-term delivery with long-term vision
Partner closely with engineering and design to define requirements, write clear specs, and ship high-quality features
Serve as a key interface with enterprise customers, gathering feedback, validating solutions, and supporting strategic accounts
Collaborate with technical stakeholders (engineering, architecture, data, platform teams) to make informed tradeoffs
Translate customer problems into actionable product opportunities
Prioritize ruthlessly using data, customer input, and business context
Support go-to-market efforts by working with sales, marketing, and customer success
Define success metrics and continuously iterate based on usage and feedback
Qualifications:
3+ years of Product Management experience in enterprise SaaS, developer tools, data platforms, or infrastructure
Proven ability to own a roadmap and deliver products end-to-end
Strong technical fluency — you can confidently engage with engineers and understand system-level tradeoffs
Experience working directly with enterprise customers (discovery calls, feedback sessions, roadmap discussions)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable operating in ambiguity and moving fast with limited process
Bias toward action, ownership, and accountability
Our cash compensation range for this role is $170,000 - $200,000+. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including, experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above. Equity: In addition to the base salary, equity may be part of the total compensation package. Benefits: Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance for you and your dependents. Includes a 401(k) plan.
