Yann LeCun, Meta’s Chief AI Scientist and Turing award winner, is an advisor to Nabla. ENGINEERING AT NABLA Engineering at Nabla is lean, fast-moving, and deeply technical. Our teams span machine learning, native desktop applications, and platform infrastructure to deliver AI into clinical settings reliably and at scale. YOUR TEAM At Nabla, product development is led jointly by Engineering and Product, and organized into cross-functional squads, each focused on a specific product area. Squads bring together product managers, designers, engineers of different profiles, and domain experts, and operate with a high level of ownership. As a full-stack Engineer, you’ll join one of these squads and contribute end to end to a specific part of the product. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Build and improve product features across web and desktop platforms - Contribute to back-end APIs and services to support product needs - Collaborate closely with Product, ML, and Design teams to take projects from idea to production - Write clean, maintainable code and contribute to team best practices - Learn from senior engineers and grow your skills across the stack THE IMPACT - Nabla processes 10 billion tokens/month with LLMs - Every week, hundreds of thousands of clinical notes are automatically generated and synced with EHRs, saving thousands of hours for clinicians - Our applications support healthcare professionals in real-time clinical settings YOUR DNA - 2+ years of industry experience in full-stack or software engineering - Solid foundations in computer science or related discipline - Comfortable with both back-end languages (Java, Kotlin, Go, Python, etc.) and front-end frameworks (React, Vue, etc.) - Curious, eager to learn, and motivated to grow in a fast-moving team - Write clean, maintainable code and care about quality - Communicate clearly in English - Bonus: experience with a native application language (Swift, Kotlin, Rust, C#, etc.) OUR STACK - Frontend: TypeScript, React, Tailwind CSS, Swift, Rust, Electron. - Backend: Kotlin / JVM, GraphQL, PostgreSQL. - ML & Infra: Python, PyTorch, Slurm, GCP, Terraform, Kubernetes. WHERE YOU'LL BE BASED Our offices are based in Paris 3e (Arts & Métiers). Remote policy: 1-2 days a week (with some flexibility). Possibility of working remotely 1-2 weeks once a year.
